All was well but when I got to the hotel, they did not have my booking.com reservation. I wasn’t expecting to get there until 0200-0300 as per my reservation with Booking.com. I was glad that still had a room. However, I was double billed because if this- once by Booking.com and once by Fairfield.

The beds were so comfortable, he room was clean, the breakfast was great and the front desk young man was exceptional. He helped us book two BEAUTIFUL suites in Ft. Worth (same chain) for myself, my husband, my brother-in-law and his wife. We couldn’t have done it without him so we’re extremely grateful.

We had no problem checking in and the room was nice. The varity for breakfast was much better than the hotel we stayed in in St Louis for 15 nites.

The staff were exceptional, rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Charla I believe was the lady who checked me in and she was fantastic. Also wanted to mention Amy who was one of the housekeepers during my stay, she is phenomenal. It was just a fantastic stay all together. Definitely would recommend.

The breakfast at the location was great, and the staff was beyond helpful and very sweet. The staff allowed us to check in early which was great since we were there due to my wife's mother passing away.

Location is very very convenient. Lots of shopping places near by. Lots of eateries too. Breakfast is good. Sufficient number of items.
